Melissa is responsible for administrating the search processes, preparing and transmitting candidate submittals, and reporting. She manages daily collaboration with team members and candidates to ensure that high-quality client deliverables are met efficiently and on time.

Before the Loring group, she worked in Higher Education, specializing in customer relations. Melissa is a native of Nevada and has volunteered as a PTA President, and GSUSA leader - coaching women’s gymnastics, and co-founding a reading mentor program for elementary school children.
