  1. First interviews are most important/must-have criteria led

  2. Qualified candidates complete an assessment (in their words) with detailed responses on how they match your search criteria 

  3. Face-to-face interviews are conducted with the most qualified/most interested candidates before submission to ensure alignment 

  4. Each candidate presented includes an executive summary with key excepts from the assessment and Partner scoring on job fit, culture match, and financial deliverability
